SI.MOU.SI Leather Crossover Sandal flat ankle strap sandals is an authentic greek shoe that mentally travels you back in time. With a structure inspired by the braided leather or cord belts worn by ancient Greeks to secure their iconic clothing, this shoe is taken directly from depictions on ancient greek pottery of scenes of everyday life in Ancient Greece. Available in three hues that emphasize its special design, these sandals will be the boho element that every summer outfit needs.

With an instep comprised of plain and braided leather straps that create delicate crossovers, this shoe fits well and infuses the wearer with a sense of freedom and confidence with two more key elements. First, the buckle-fastening, slim back straps that create a playful twisted loop around the ankle, holding your feet in place. Second, the combination of a soft and comfortable leather sole and a structured rubber bottom, that offers safe and convenient walking on any surface.

Like every Pagonis Greek sandal, SI.MOU.SI flat ankle strap sandals are exclusively handcrafted in our Naxian workshop by the members of Pagonis family, proudly making one shoe at a time for the past 80 years, using old traditional techniques and fine materials.

Full Grain Leather for Natural Vachetta.
Available Colors Online: Natural, Brown & Rose Gold
Fabrication: 70% Cow Leather, 30% Rubber.
Non-chemical process.
Bottom sole: Rubber EVA. 8mm Rubber provides better traction on wet surfaces, as a result, the chance of slipping is limited.
Heel height: 2cm
Only available in full sizes so go up to the nearest whole size if take a half size.
Allow some time for your new SI.MOU.SI flat ankle strap sandals to break in for the leather to get softer and the natural tan color will get darker.

Order Processing time

Items that are marked as "in stock" take about 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Naxos, Greece.Items that are not in stock will need to be manufactured and may take about 2-4 business days to be made, processed and shipped from Naxos, Greece.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using express shipping postal service with tracking details. You will receive a tracking number for your order once we have processed it and it has been picked up by our courier.

International

We work with DHL express for fast and reliable international shipping. Our average shipping times vary depending on the location. Below is a guide on the estimated shipping time:

Europe: 2 - 5 business days
USA: 4 - 10 business days
Rest of world: 5 - 10 business days

Greece

For orders within Greece, we work with Speedex for fast and reliable nationwide shipping. The average shipping time is between 1 - 3 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if the items have not met your expectations, we are here to help. You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of items and arrange for an exchange or refund. The exchange or refund must comply with our return policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or used and undamaged with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Items must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

As leather is a natural product, do take necessary care when trying your purchases. We recommend cleaning and drying your feet to prevent stains on the leather. We are unable to accept any returns that do not meet our guidelines.

Returning your purchase

To return your purchase, send us an email at info@greek-sandals.com. Include the order number found on the invoice and provide us the details of the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get in touch with you soonest possible, usually between 1 – 3 business days.We can schedule a pickup with DHL Express using our business account to help with the return. However, we are unable to offer free returns and customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, you may use your own local postal service to return the products.You will be notified via email once the return has been received and checked by our team.

Exchanging your purchase

If you choose to exchange the items, our customer care consultant will be in touch with you via email. Additional shipping costs are:

Europe: 15 Euros
Rest of world: 25 Euros

Refund your purchase

Refunds will be credited to the payment method of your original purchase. The time taken to process the refund varies between the payment methods and credit card provider.
