Low heeled strappy sandals with back zipper offering a good hold on feet. Very relaxing to walk in, this pair comes in brown, black, blue, yellow and a multicolour version. 100% genuine leather handmade shoes.
MEDUSA sandals with back zipper were inspired and named after the well known monstrous creature of the Greek mythology. The design of this pair imitates the living snakes in place of hair on Medusa’s head: thin straps of genuine leather are covering the foot from toe to calf, creating a taller shoe silhouette. For better hold and toe coverage we’ve added three perpendicular to the rest straps – one running all over the instep and two on the sides. The back of the shoe features a zipper.
Available in brown, black, blue, yellow and a multicolour version, these sandals are perfect for hot day occassions that won’t allow bare feet and flip flops. They come with a very supportive and comfortable wedge like sole with a 2,7 cm heel. The strappy design offers a good hold without being stuffy. Put them on to explore the city town or on a museum day.
Like every Pagonis Greek sandal, MEDUSA sandals with back zipper are exclusively handcrafted in our Naxian workshop by the members of Pagonis family, proudly making one shoe at a time for the past 80 years, using old traditional techniques and fine materials.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if the items have not met your expectations, we are here to help. You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of items and arrange for an exchange or refund. The exchange or refund must comply with our return policy:- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or used and undamaged with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Items must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Returning your purchase
To return your purchase, send us an email at info@greek-sandals.com. Include the order number found on the invoice and provide us the details of the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get in touch with you soonest possible, usually between 1 – 3 business days.We can schedule a pickup with DHL Express using our business account to help with the return. However, we are unable to offer free returns and customers will bear the cost of return shipping.
